Scholarship Supporting Statement – Investing in Academic and Personal Growth
Education is the foundation for success, and our scholarship programs provide supplementary financial and developmental support to young scholars striving for excellence.
Scholarship Awards: Financial assistance for high school male students pursuing academic or trade education.
Academic Readiness & Tutoring: Support programs to strengthen skills in STEM, literacy, and other core subjects, including special programs for non-traditional careers focusing on business products supporting entrepreneurship ownership, like barber, trucking, and other trade schools
Leadership & Scholarship Bootcamps: We provide intensive workshops that prepare students for college applications and admission letters, SAT/ACT testing, financial literacy, and other scholarship opportunities.
* Global Access Bridge (GAB): Is a specialized initiative to engage international students from underserved or conflict-impacted regions. This program identifies high-potential youth who lack access to structured mentorship or educational advancement opportunities due to political, economic, or social barriers. LDA will collaborate with an international youth program and provide elements of support that directly assist in development.
