At Lambda D-R-E-A-M Academy, our foundation rests on one set of core values that define our ethos and guide every aspect of our youth mentorship program. We believe corporate social responsibility means investing our human capital directly into the local community through the power of mentorship. Our mission is to prepare today’s young men to become the influential, principled leaders of tomorrow.
Recognizing the critical need for mentorship programs that address gaps in academic achievement and the shortage of positive role models, we have built a robust, three-phase mentorship model rooted in our core values of Partnership, Integrity, and Perseverance. These pillars support innovative communication, professional training, and our mentors’ commitment to serving the country and community.
Partnership – Creating and strengthening relationships with reasonable and reliable external stakeholders.
Integrity – Utilizing moral principles with our policies and procedures that engage and protect all of our stakeholders.
Perseverance – Educating and developing men to understand personal circumstances are not obstacles in achievement but rather challenges of professional conditions that maximize our initiative to achieve as exceptional men.
Our youth development approach further embodies the principles of Duty, Respect, Excellence, Achievement, Maturity, ensuring that every participant develops strong character, leadership skills, and the capacity to create positive change in society.
Duty - Serving with purpose and responsibility.
Respect - Honoring dignity and diverse voices.
Excellence - Pursuing the highest standards.
Achievement - Reaching goals through perseverance.
Maturity - Building accountable, capable leaders.
D-R-E-A-M to Achieve!
